Pubs (Drinking)
The Crown Inn is situated directly outside the football ground. Although it is designated as a home pub, it does welcome away fans. This pub is run by the Football Club and will become a haven of memorabilia from over the years.
The Oaklea Tavern is 150 yards up the road from The Crown in the direction of the town centre. It is a large pub with an excellent menu for the hungry visitor. They do welcome away fans although there is a strict dress code with no tracksuits or baseball caps allowed.
Greyhound Inn. Is 150 yards from the Crown in the direction of Clayton-le-Moors. An excellent pub with a range of guest ales and lagers from all over the world.
The Grey Horse is across the road from the Oaklea Tavern. A friendly pub in a good location for away fans.
Eating
The Oaklea Tavern comes highly recommended with a large menu and a nice conservatory style eating area. Spacious pub with no hurry.
Oaklea Chippy The Oaklea Chippy is well known by the locals for supplying quality food. We often cater for the visiting team players and management on their journey home. Only 5 minutes walk from the ground we are ideally situated for you to curb those hunger pangs before cheering on your team.

McDonalds and KFC fast food restaurants. Head from the ground towards Accrington town centre. Having passed through two sets of traffic lights you will start going downhill. Halfway down the hill you will turn right at the Kwik Fit garage. Head down there to the roundabout and take the fifth exit onto the A679 (or stay on the right hand pavement and cross the road if walking). McDonalds is immediately on your left whilst KFC is about 600 yards further along the road. It is a 5 minute drive to either but walking would take around 15 minutes to McDonalds or 20 minutes to KFC. Alternatively if you have come by train it is only a 2 minute walk to McDonalds and it is on your way to the ground.
