Minutes of the meeting held June 26th 2007

Meeting Started at  7:15pm

Treasurers Report  Bill reported a balance of £X

Membership Report  Rob reported that the badges had now arrived but the cards were still nowhere to be seen

Rob reported that the end of season do had made a ten pound profit plus bar takings

Merchandise Report  Rob reported that sales were going well, a complete break down of costs and sales was distributed to those on the merchandise committee,  An overall report was then given to the meeting of total expenditure @ £X, sales @ £X and assets of  £X.

The Mela was mentioned and volunteers requested.  The meeting passed payment of £X for the stall.

The Barrowford Show was mentioned and volunteers requested.  The meeting passed payment of £X for the stall.

The season curtain raiser event planned for prior to the first game was cancelled due to various reasons, mostly relating to the first game being away from home and players and management would not be there.

Matt gave the updates for the new website and reported that it was hoped the new site would up and running in a fortnight

Rob read out an email he had received from the club in answer to various questions raised by members in relation to the Crown opening and the new roof.

It was decided that we would await the clubs approach as to whether we donate the Kipax exhibition to them.

Anthony Cox offered his services for event discos subject to availability.

A request was made to approach the club regarding the trophy cabinet and whether we could put some items in there.
