About the Accrington Stanley Official Supporters Club.

Accrington Stanley OSC:

The Supporters Club is pretty much as it sounds. It is a group of like minded supporters who dedicate their time and effort into trying to help the Club & Community alike by organising events whilst liaising with the Club to help spread the word about our “Great Little Club”.

The Supporters' Club has raised money in the past for central heating in the changing rooms, CCTV cameras around the ground, new dugouts and a four-figure amount for lots of extra toilets (including additional disabled facilities) for spectators.

Whilst more recently the Supporters Club helped secure Lottery Funding for the Exhibition at Accrington Library called “The Club That Wouldn’t Die” which we also organised and put on, the Exhibition drew visitors from not just the local area, but nationwide and even worldwide in some cases, highlighting the Club’s Great History to generations new & old alike, we have also recently sponsored player’s nutritional drinks.

Is it all hard work? Of course not it is a Labour of Love!

Our aim over the forthcoming season is to help the Club reach as far & wide as we possibly can together by attending events alongside the Club to help raise the profile of Accrington Stanley not just in Accrington but also to the wider community of East Lancashire.

We will also looking to put on events during the Season, there will be once again the End of Season Presentation Night where you the Supporters can cast your vote for your Players of the Season.

We will also be looking to launch a New Look Supporters Membership Scheme alongside the Club through the Stanley Store & also at www.wearestanley.co.uk which is Accrington Stanley’s New Retailing & Ticketing Website keep your eye on that website over the next few weeks as we look to launch the New Look Membership which will include fantastic Personalised Membership Cards as kindly supplied by this Season’s Membership Cards Sponsors “Giftprint of Accrington” www.giftprint.co.uk as the season unfurls there will hopefully be discounts which will be available to Accrington Stanley Supporters Club members for in the Stanley Store so you know that by supporting the Supporters Club you are also helping to support the Club.

We would love to see you at a Supporters Club meeting, come along and help shape the Supporters Club, if you can’t make it we would still like to hear from you if you have any fundraising ideas or incentives for how we the Supporters Club can help promote the name of Accrington Stanley.

Our meetings are usually the second Monday of each month in the Lounge at the Club…
